The Sylvan Lake Lodge
The view from Sylvan Lake Resort can't be beat, thanks to architect Frank Lloyd
Wright. After the original lakeshore resort burned down in 1935, Wright
suggested the current location amidst a forest of pine and spruce trees. And boy did
he pick a great spot!
Beautiful hardwood floors, cedar ceilings and a cozy, wood burning stone
fireplace immediately transport you into a world of comfort and days of yesteryear.
Come explore Sylvan Lake’s food menu, from the hearty breakfast buffet to a
convenient and easy picnic lunch to-go. Fantastic views greet you from the new,
completely remodeled dining room, where the menu entices your palate with fresh
water trout, Wapiti (elk) tenderloins and numerous buffalo entrees. And after a
great day on the lake, kick back with a cold beverage at the Sylvan Lake Lounge.
Reservations are recommended. Call Sylvan Lake Resort at 574-2561.
